Our 1-2-1 Wellbeing Support Days For Organisations
Virtual or in-person
Over half days or full days, we run 1-2-1 wellbeing support drop-in sessions for your employees. Individuals can sign up to time slots in advance. These sessions can be run remotely or in-person.
During the sessions, we will support individuals with their unique wellbeing needs, such as focusing on how to deal with stress and anxiety or how to improve their sleep etc.
The sessions for individuals are either 25 minute drop-ins or more comprehensive 50 minute slots per person.

We will often start with a complimentary 30 minute call to understand your coaching needs. If you decide to start, the first consultation usually takes 90 minutes and follow up sessions are 45 minutes after that.
